bumps and scrapes

Well, from looking at Meredith today, you'd think she's been through a war.

This morning she was on the counter "helping" me get her juice cup ready when all of a sudden one knee slipped off the counter and she tumbled to the floor. Yep, and cracked her chin on the counter on the way down. thankfully no need for stitches!

Then, this afternoon, Mom came by and they were having some Grammy and Meredith time. After hearing some disagreement between them in the bathroom I went in to check it out. Meredith was standing on the bench we have there for fresh clothes...and Grammy was telling her to sit down. Yep, you guessed it. She moved too much, the bench turned over and now she has a scrape on her back.

It's been a hard day.... Guess some are like that. Maybe she'll learn to listen one day....
